October to March. The museum tells the story of the Scottish
fishing industry, its boats, harbours and communities. In the
summer take the Forth Ferry (Pilgrims Ferry)
from North Berwick harbour to Anstruther and return. |

John Muirs Birthplace, 126 High

10am 5pm and Sunday 1pm 5pm. Closed Monday and
Tuesday, October to March. Admission free. Bus route 121. John
Muirs life and work has
inspired people all over the world. The birthplace of the pioneering
conservationist has been transformed into a family-friendly visitor
attraction exploring the work and achievements of this remarkable
man. |

Town House Museum & Gallery, High

to Sunday from April to September. Open at weekends only from
October to March courtesy of Dunbar and District History Society.
16th century Town House at the heart of Dunbar with a variety
of museum and art exhibitions including old photographs of the

5pm. Open end Ocober to March, only on Saturday and Sunday 10am
4pm. Bus route 121. One of Europes best collections
of aircraft. Explore the history of aviation from the First World
War to the present day. See amazing aircraft including Concorde
which first took to the skies 40 years ago. Annual Airshow in
